Careers Information

Students in sixth form still have access to our Connexions advisor for careers information.  In addition to this all students have access to Unifrog which provides careers information alongside guidane on applications to University or Apprenticeships.

During weekly enrichment students are able to complete work experience placements or undertake volunteering opportunities.

 

UCAS (University Applications)

Students in Year 13 who are applying to university for 2022 admission are currently busy writing personal statements with the support of teachers and tutors.

Apprenticeships

Students in Year 13 may choose to apply for an Apprenticeship to begin at the end of their studies.  Advanced apprenticeships are level 3 courses, so would be equivalent to A level study, following completion of A levels students can access a Higher Apprenticeship (level 4+)

We are immensely proud of the class of 2022 who are now embarking on exciting new challenges following their wonderful achievements in the Summer.  These include Apprenticeships, employment and a wide range of University courses.

83.9% have gone on to an undergraduate degree at University

6.5% have undertaken a foundation degree at College

3.2% have secured an Apprenticeship

3.2% have taken a gap year

3.2% have secured employment
